Australia’s First Indigenous-Owned Deployable Gym Brand Is Now Supplying the Defence Force
Forces Group launches with tactical-grade mobile fitness units trusted by the ADF and Australian agencies.
In a historic milestone for Indigenous-owned innovation and Australian manufacturing, Forces Group has secured its first official deployments with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Australian Federal Police (AFP).

Designed and manufactured in Queensland, Forces Group is the country’s first 100% Indigenous-owned supplier of deployable gym and recovery infrastructure, delivering mobile fitness units purpose-built for Defence, Emergency Services, Mining, and remote industries.
“Our mission is simple: to support human performance anywhere, anytime,” said Harrison Lee-Schell, Forces Group’s founder and proud Karajarri man. “These first orders with the ADF and AFP are more than a commercial achievement — they’re a statement of what’s possible when Indigenous capability meets tactical need.”
Each deployable gym unit is constructed using ISO-certified shipping containers and equipped with custom rigs, storage, and optional solar or recovery add-ons. The company’s solutions are Australian Made Certified and Supply Nation Certified, aligning with national procurement priorities.
As Forces Group’s units go into production, interest is growing rapidly across sectors — especially among organisations seeking rugged, self-contained training environments in remote or resource-limited settings.
