Forces Group to Deliver First Deployable Fitness Units to ADF & Australian Federal Police
New contracts mark a major milestone for Indigenous-led, Australian-made tactical infrastructure.
In a bold step forward for Australian innovation and Indigenous business, Forces Group has officially entered production on its first deployable fitness units — with confirmed orders from both the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Australian Federal Police (AFP).
The orders include:
Two 10ft Gym Lockers for ADF deployment in Papua New Guinea under the Defence Cooperation Program
One 10ft Gym Locker for AFP use, outfitted with a premium rig and modular components

These units are part of Forces Group’s Deployable Fitness Series, which features container-based gym systems equipped with rigs, storage, and the option to integrate solar or recovery modules.
“This is just the beginning,” says Harrison Lee-Schell, founder of Forces Group. “We’re proud to serve the ADF and AFP — and we’re ready to scale to meet the needs of emergency services, mining sites, and commercial fitness leaders.”
With rugged, Australian Made construction and Indigenous ownership, Forces Group is fast becoming the go-to choice for tactical-ready performance infrastructure.
