Forces Group Australia is a 100% Indigenous-owned and controlled business delivering structured Indigenous participation outcomes across Defence, government, and major infrastructure projects.
We operate as an embedded participation delivery platform within Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor environments.
Our role is to define participation structure, allocate workforce and supplier engagement, and maintain accountability across reporting and compliance.
We do not act as a subcontractor or advisor.
We provide a single accountable structure that removes fragmentation, reduces internal pressure, and ensures participation outcomes are delivered at scale.

Forces Group Australia was founded by Harrison Lee-Schell, a proud Larrakia & KaraJarri man with experience across operational environments including emergency services and infrastructure delivery.
Harrison currently serves as an Aviation Firefighter, operating in high-pressure environments where reliability, accountability, and structured execution are critical.
This background shapes the company’s focus on structured participation delivery, accountability, and performance within complex Defence and government environments.
