Forces Group Australia was founded by Harrison Lee-Schell, a proud Karajarri man with experience across operational sport, emergency services and infrastructure development.

Harrison currently serves as an Aviation Firefighter where he has operated within high risk operational environments that depend on reliable infrastructure capability and disciplined deployment systems.

This operational background informs the company’s focus on delivery discipline, partner integration and accountable execution within complex Defence and government environments.
